This incredible development property is located on the inside tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica, just in front of the San Lucas Island which lies about
1/4 mile (600 meters) offshore. The property is easily accessible, yet very secluded.
Punta La Jolla is ready for immediate development.
Total area: 29 hectares, 71.66 acres. Electric power is to the main site and in front of the well site properties along the public road.

Punta La Jolla has been planned to include a hotel and sport facilities, restaurants, and land plots for sale for construction of individual homes.
The draft master plan has been used to get all the necessary government permits and concessions, but may be easily modified to suit the development plans of interested
parties. All of necessary legal permits, concessions and licenses are up to date and represent many years of dealings with the Costa Rican bureaucracy. If you want to
develop a project in Costa Rica, you have to go through this lengthy process.... not so at Punta La Jolla... it's ready!
In addition, the chain of islets located just off Punta La Jolla provide for an easy way to create a Marina. The chain of islets creates a shallow formation that acts

Both of the above mentioned areas face the Gulf of Nicoya, with several islands and islets in close proximity and view. San Lucas Island lies less than 1 km offshore
(1/2 mile). These properties consist of a wooded hill with two summits, the tallest being approximately 98 meters (321 feet) above sea level and sloping gradually to
the over 1 km of ocean front with several truly white sandy beaches. A tropical forest covers the area.
