A Dream house is waiting for you in the trendy town of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

The house is located in a new, now built, neighborhood, 150 meters from the beautiful beach of the Pacific Ocean, close by to a variety of small cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and hotels.

The Mediterranean- Middle Eastern design of the house, first seen in the area, gives a warm, cozy and welcoming feeling for a family with or without children.

Situated on a 333 square meters lot, it is a 150 square meters, two stories, concrete built house, which includes Colombian terracotta floor, original carpenter’s wood works and natural stones.

When entering through the custom made wooden front door, the first floor includes open space of living room and dining room which face the high-end over looking kitchen, and the one guest’s toilet room. Across the open space, are the sliding glass windows, and through them we can step outside to the outside porch and sitting area and to the front yard of the house. Climbing up the custom made stairs; we enter the second floor, where we find the master bedroom with open bath room, built-in, custom made closet room and a balcony to the great garden and front yard. On this floor there are also a second bedroom- standard size, one sitting/ reading area and another full bathroom with toilets.

The bedrooms in the house all have wall sized glass windows, and terracotta floors. The shower rooms are designed with special peruanians stone floors.

The house is spacey with lots of different sitting areas, to allow room for privacy as well as conviency. Both floors are surrounded with windows and glass sliding doors, to allow the jungle green surrounding enter through. A professional Curtin system with strong fabrics has been put up and while being decorative and beautiful, it also blocks the sun when needed.

Your security and privacy have been taken care of, with electronic designed gates and wall around the lot, while inside, a privet parking space.

Around the yard, grass and plants have been planted down as well as natural stones and shells from the area that have been placed to create beautiful natural surroundings to live in.
