This ocean view vacation rental in Santa Teresa is perfectly designed to host a large family or many guests. It features six bedrooms, each with built-in closets and private bath. 4 of the bedrooms are located in a separate 2-story tract, of which all rooms have an ocean view and a terrace or veranda; two of the bedrooms with artsy bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor in the main building.

The heart of the home for rent is a decent sized living and dining area with open kitchen, large windows to both sides and a 3-story high ceiling with light coming in from the center – a spectacular setting to experience the warm tropical climate – and to let the moon light in!

The holiday home stays very cool inside due to the natural ventilation given by its height and the openings; in rainy season large glass windows will protect you from the outside weather. The swimming pool onsite invites to refresh and relax while overlooking the surfing beach and enjoying tropical breezes of Santa Teresa.

Other amenities of this house for rent are laundry facilities, full bath on the first floor (also for disabled persons), storage/pantry located on the first floor, parking area and cleaning service.
