This beautiful and popular boutique hotel is a great turn key, investment property. It offers gorgeous ocean and sunset views, yet is walking distance to the beach, the surf and many restaurants and stores. All rooms have good wifi, hot water and AC units. Around the pool area there is a spacious sun deck for guests to lounge poolside and enjoy the vistas. There is also a lovely yoga deck with spectacular views. The hotel has three sources of water… rain collection, AyA public water and access to a neighboring well too. Rental reviews have been very high, about 80% occupancy between November and end of August.
