The Montezuma Beach Cottage is located about 10 min walk along the beach from Montezuma town, 2 minutes away from the Turtle Hatchery and 15 min from the amazing Playa Grande. There is another house for rent and cabin on the same property. The places are close to each other but they still are very private from each other.
The charm of the property comes from the fact that even when it is right at the beach, it is very private thanks to the tropical and lush garden on the front area. In the garden, there is a ping pong table, a fish pond, a small fountain and lots of beautiful, exotic and colorful flowers and plants; lots of visitors such as iguanas, squirrels, white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys, colorful birds and butterflies. It just has all the ingredients to relax and detox from work and the city in general.
All houses are supplied with natural spring water source. It is filtered using a sand filter with several layers, and reaches your tap naturally without technological equipment involved. There is always a nice breeze from the ocean so there is no need for A/C. However, for your comfort, there are ceiling fans and floor fans.
